Evandros was a a homeless individual in the City of Atlantis. He kept a goat by his side, supposedly for nourishment. During one night, his goat was devoured by a wolf-like creature and he was forced to escape. He told Heptarian and Ramos about the encounter, who at first, considered the story ludicrous, but would be on guard. (Hunger Pangs)
